A consistent workflow across vendors
Network estates often evolve into a mix of vendors and hardware generations. Commands, access methods and configuration formats can differ from one switch family to another.
ICS NetOps reduces that fragmentation by exposing common operational functions by site and task while applying the required logic for compatible devices.
Inventory, search and diagnostics
Network scanning identifies devices on an IP range and enriches the technical inventory. MAC search can locate an address across switches at a site and distinguish endpoint ports from uplink paths.
Log analysis highlights useful diagnostic events including loops, broadcasts, CRC errors, link flaps, PoE, STP and LACP.
Backups and controlled changes
ICS NetOps can collect configurations from supported switches and track results per device. VLAN and configuration-generation modules help prepare changes using known structures, templates and network parameters.
The goal is to make recurring operations more reproducible while retaining reports and logs that can be reviewed later.
